The primary advantage of whole egg powder lies in its excellent gelling and water-binding properties. Dissolving 100 g of egg powder in 300 ml of water yields the equivalent of 400 g of fresh Hen Whole Egg (approximately 10 shell eggs). Our egg products undergo a meticulous technical production process, encompassing various stages. The process commences with the filtration of liquid eggs, followed by drying, sieving, and metal detection, culminating in the packaging and storage of our products.
Our whole egg powder can be stored in a non-condensing atmosphere at ambient temperature (15-25°C) for up to 18 months after production, provided the packaging remains unopened. Please note that alternative storage conditions may impact the product’s shelf life.
